Professional Development Series Information

NOTE: Future applicants for the PDS certificate who completed courses prior to March 15, 2006 but did not take the course examination on-line through FEMA/EMI or via a Scantron test form through classroom instruction, will be required to retake the course examination on-line through FEMA's Independent Study Program Office (ISPO). If you currently hold your PDS certificate, there is no need to retake the courses.
