Earthquake Themed Comic Book “Without Warning”
The project was a collaborative effort between Missouri, the Central U.S. Earthquake Consortium and several other states in the region as part of the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP). Without Warning – Central & Eastern U.S. Edition was adapted from an original earthquake-themed comic created by the Oregon Office of Emergency Management.
